Silent Auction:
* 1 volunteer hour for every $10 donation earns
* 1 hour for every ticket sold
* October 26th is the deadline for all donations to be donated
* November 2nd is deadline for selling tickets (gets capped at 200)
* Mention Incentives in meeting
* Make donation initiative club wide instead of just focused on the board – tickets and donations
Service Projects:
* Cancer Cards during the meeting: use all the tagboard Mrs. Taylor has
* Take a photo with the whole group – earlier rather than later (right after the announcements)
* Tell all the members about all the volunteer opportunities on the remind and before the service project in the meeting
CSI Parade:
* Talk to Mrs. Miles about getting ACAP to sing at the parade
* Christian’s mom can make a cake for the parade
Mention the give next mission statement: children and families in poverty and suicide awareness
T-shirts for key club members
Dues are due November 1st
May 9th joint give next and key club banquet
Give Next:
* Give a little bit of time in the meetings to give an update
* Maddie Potter is the Key club lead of the club
Christians Trash can posters have been very effective
Make warm wishes cards to give to the foco café?
Throw in a slide for give next with logo and mission statement – Mrs. Taylor
Volunteer Ops:
* Harvest Farms Friday, Saturday and Sunday in October
* Hogwarts Halloween – October 20th (5-10 pm)
* District fundraiser at elitches - $20 for a ticket – all money goes back to the district – Gillian wilt all about it as well as fall rally (October 20th)
* Send out sign up for these events
Recycling:
* First 10 minutes of 5th lambkin way presentations
* Recycling center field trip – during or after school
* 3 step action plan
o 1. Trash can monitors in the last 5-10 mins of lunch periods – taking data on trash and recycling and stuff like that (get top 5 things that are thrown away that should be recycled)
o 2. Make posters with the top 5 things
o 3. Make promotional video
How to get key club involved
* Trash monitors in halls
* Not a lot else because the step by step progress – maybe just educate people
Helping Hands:
* Raking leaves and shoveling snow
* Earn memberships dues through helping hands
* Keeps getting pushed aside
* Get the sign up out again – need to inform our members
* Getting member on board
* Send out survey again to Kiwanis
* Jaden’s dad can design a logo
